The Service
Listoria is a wishlist creation and sharing tool. You can create wishlists, add items with links and notes, and share them with people you choose.
Your Account
You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Content You Create
You own the wishlists and items you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and share your content as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Listoria to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization
- Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
Availability
We provide the Service as-is and without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss of data or interruption of service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Listoria and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
